Our policy is to satisfy you, the customer, and we will make every effort to get you the product and service your request. If the return is acceptable based on the criteria shown below, and manufacturer specifications, an RMA number will be issued and the Return Materials Request form will be faxed/emailed to the customer informing of applicable restock fee, if required, and a due date to return listed materials.
Our friendly sales representative are always the best go-to person to determine return eligibility, refund time frame and special requests.
Stock Items
- Stock items are returnable within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Stock items returns over 30 days of the purchase date are subject to a 10% restock fee.
- All items must be in original package in resalable condition.
Non-Stock/Special Order/Custom Items
- Non-stock return order under $75 are non-returnable.
- RMA is required before returning orders back.
- Non-stock return items are subject to a 25% restock fee.
- special orders and custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Please call your sales representative to verify eligibility.
Defective Items
Return of defective items is acceptable when items do not function in accordance with the specifications set forth by the manufacturer. An explanation of the defect is required before an RMA number may be issued. Any defective item that is over 30 days from invoice date will require customer to interface directly with the manufacturer.
How to Request an RMA:
- Via Website - Click the RMA Request form link below. Your request will be processed and you should receive confirmation within 24-48 hours.
- Via Sales Representative - Simply call or email your Sales Representative advising what items you need returned. Include your sales order or invoice number and reason for returning.

Delivery of Return Items
- Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- A copy of the RMA form and invoice/sales order must accompany the return merchandise.

Paid Sales Tax Refund:
- This applied to the orders placed prior a submission and approval of a Tax Exempt Form
- A valid Tax Exempt Form must be provided within 72 hours after order placing time
- A refund will be initiated upon the approval of the provided Tax Exempt Form
