Sales Representative – Entry Level

Maryland Heights, Missouri  |  Full-Time

Falcon Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This position will develop relationships with e-commerce customers while generating new business.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming e-commerce orders.
  • Conduct cold calls.
  • Prospect new customers.
  • Provide product application solutions for customers.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • At least two years of sales experience involving a high volume of daily cold and warm calls.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.

Training and Development

We provide an extensive 90-day training program. You will report to a sales manager who will continue developing your selling skills and train you in our selling style.

Cable Assembly Manager

Maryland Heights, Missouri  |  Full-Time

Falcon Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Cable Assembly Manager to lead our assembly division, which produces copper and fiber cables for the IT market and harness assemblies for the commercial market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a staff of 10.
  • Allocate work to bench technicians.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Quote assemblies.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Assist in production as needed.
  • Oversee quality control.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems.

  • At least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Technical aptitude demonstrated through prior experience.

We provide an extensive 90-day training program followed by advanced training with an assigned mentor.
