If the return is acceptable based on the criteria shown below, and manufacturer specifications, an RMA number will be issued and the Return Materials Request form will be faxed/emailed to the customer informing of applicable restock fee, if required, and a due date to return listed materials.

• Stock items are returnable within 90 days of the purchase date.
• Stock items returns over 30 days of the purchase date are subject to a 10% restock fee.

Return of defective items is acceptable when items do not function in accordance with the specifications set forth by the manufacturer. An explanation of the defect is required before an RMA number may be issued. Any defective item that is over 30 days from invoice date will require customer to interface directly with the manufacturer.

How to Request an RMA:

• Via Website - Click the RMA Request form link below. Your request will be processed and you should receive confirmation within 24-48 hours.
• Via Sales Representative - Simply call or email your Sales Representative advising what items you need returned. Include your sales order or invoice number and reason for returning.

Delivery of Return Items

• Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A copy of the RMA form and invoice/sales order must accompany the return merchandise.
