Orders with in-stock items received by 4pm CST will ship out same day from our warehouse in St. Louis Missouri. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information via email. For non-stock items, tell us when you need them and we will arrange the shipments to meet your requirements with the most economical shipping method.

Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Our policy is to satisfy you, the customer, and we will make every effort to get you the product and service you require. If the return is acceptable based on the criteria shown below, and manufacturer specifications, an RMA number will be issued and the Return Materials Request form will be faxed/emailed to the customer informing of applicable restock fee, if required, and a due date to return listed materials.
Stock items purchased within the last 90 days are returnable to the sales counter without an RMA number being issued. Items must be returned with a copy of the original Falcon Tech invoice/sales order for credit to be issued. Returns over 30 days from purchase are subject to a restock fee. All items must be in original package in resalable condition.
Non-Stock/Special Order/Custom Items
Non-stock items under $75 are non-returnable. Non-stock item returns must be initiated within 20 days of receipt of products at Falcon Technologies, Inc. Non-stock items are subject to a restock fee. Special orders and custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE.
Return of defective items is acceptable when items do not function in accordance with the specifications set forth by the manufacturer. An explanation of the defect is required before an RMA number may be issued. Any defective item that is over 30 days from invoice date will require customer to interface directly with the manufacturer.
How to Request an RMA:
Via Website - Click the RMA Request form link below. Your request will be processed and you should receive confirmation within 24-48 hours.
Via Sales Representative - Simply call or email your Sales Representative advising what items you need returned. Include your sales order or invoice number and reason for returning.
A copy of the RMA form along with a copy of the original invoice/sales order must accompany the return merchandise. This applies to returns coming in at the counter as well as returns arriving via UPS, etc. All returns shipped to Falcon Technologies must show the RMA number legibly on the outside package.
